**Return & Exchange Policy**

**Returns:**

4. **Inspection & Refund:** Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. Once the inspection is complete and the item is confirmed to be in its original condition, your payment will be refunded within 48-72 hours using the original payment method.

**Exchanges:**
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product:

1. **Contact Us:** Reach out to our customer service team within the 14-day return window to request an exchange and obtain a return authorization.

2. **Return Item:** Similar to a return, ship the product you wish to exchange back to the provided return address. Make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging.

3. **New Product Dispatch:** Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the new product promptly to the provided shipping address.

**Note:** Please note that any shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, product defect, etc.).
